Welcome to Reddit,
We’ve rounded up all the major ways to make money in GTA Online in our comprehensive guide below. Since Grand Theft Auto 5’s release, the cost and amount of vehicles, weapons, clothes, and other fun items for sale in GTA Online, the game’s multiplayer component, has increased substantially. But so too has the amount of money that can be made. Whether these two things have increased at the same rate is a discussion for another time, but in this article I’ve collected all the best ways of making money legitimately in GTA Online to help players make sense of what can sometimes be a complicated and clumsily-discussed topic. There are loads of methods to make money in the game that are not listed below, such as racing, deathmatches, missions, and various other game modes. But the amount you get for the time invested has not scaled up since , so comparatively they are very inefficient. New players may find them useful to get started and ultimately, as long as you’re enjoying what you’re playing, the acquisition of money will come naturally. This guide, though, will focus on a variety of the most efficient ways to make as much money as possible. We’ve recently updated it to include details on making money through nightclubs in the game. It’s worth noting that all of the below is focused exclusively on money making. Feel free to mix things up and do what you like the most. As soon as it becomes a chore to acquire cash, where it feels closer to a job than a game, or you’re not enjoying the fruits of your labour as much, it may be time to give moneymaking a rest or look to other games for enjoyment. That issue aside, though, below you’ll find the best ways to make money in GTA Online as it currently stands. We don’t include the Arena War series here because it’s not one of the better ways of making cash in the game. If you’re looking for GTA 5 cheats , we’ve got you covered too. Keep an eye on double money events. Rockstar will change what you can do to earn double money pretty much every week. Sometimes it will be on races or adversary modes that, even with double money, won’t be as efficient as the other methods I’ve listed here. However, sometimes the below methods may have a double money week, such as Gunrunning bunker or Vehicle Cargo sales. The more options you have open to you, the more you can take advantage of these double money events if they happen to be for something lucrative. And if there’s ever double money on Heists which is very rare , you should absolutely do some grinding during that week. You will need to pay an upfront cost to start the heist as host. Invite your three friends and work through the setup missions and finale. It is recommended to have a good group of four people to do this as communication and skill is required to reduce the time taken, and there are numerous guides online for each mission. Tip: The Pacific Standard Heist on Hard mode will yield the most profit per hour than any other money making method in the game when done effectively with a competent group of players. Invite one, two, or three friends and work through the prep missions, setup missions and finale. As with the old heists, round up a group of decent players because communication and skill is needed to reduce the time taken to beat it.

Merryweather Map. Hi, I’m recently getting back into GTAV and my god all the latest stuff has gotten way more expensive since I last played. I’ve got 2. My friend tells me that terrorbyte missions are the way to go. Your friend is correct.
The Terrorbyte and its Client Jobs form the heart of the best and easiest grinding routine in the game. No passive business can compete with. To start, all you need is the cheapest nightclub with no decorations and no extra storage.
You are buying it strictly for access to the ability of buying a Terrorbyte. Buy the Terrorbyte with the drone station and nothing else to start. Run 5 Client Jobs to unlock the trade price for the Oppressor Mk2. You can use a Buzzard or Deluxo to do the missions. Once you unlock the trade price for the Oppressor Mk2, you can grind in invite-only lobbies to buy the vehicle workshop and then the Oppressor Mk2.
After you upgrade the Mk2, you are comfortable with a grinding routine that has one distinct advantage over everything else: you don’t require public lobbies and the threats those contain. You are free to grind at your leisure, can stop and start when you want, and the money will stack up until you have enough for. As long as I can get used to the grinding nature of it. This sounds like a cool plan, if I can get my bunker fully automated aside from selling I think I can catch up to my friends quickly.
In my opinion nightclubs are never worth the time unless it’s double money. Lile exports you can also set yourself up to get the most expensive cars only so you get top dollar for every export. I explained it somewhere else in this thread. And personally I never brought a buzzard and instead held out for that flying car I forget the lie of it Because I used to borrow a friend’s car for missions and I find it so much faster and easier to use than the buzzard.
It’s your choice on how much your willing to spend and if you want to spend more time making it. The bunker is the best passive business in the game. You say you already have one. Do you have the staff and equipment upgrades? Do you have a buzzard? They are extremely helpful for CEO. I believe I already have the staff upgrade but if not I can’t definitely get xo and I’m looking at whether or not the equipment upgrade is worth the money. Because I just hate grinding all day long, is it possible to make a profit by literally just buying supplies all the time instead of stealing mae I’d certainly make less but it would save alot of time and effort that I can spend relaxing or making money.
I’ve never seen someone do them alone. No, I don’t have any flying vehicles, I’m looking into getting either the oppressor or that flying car which I forget the name of. Buying supplies for the bunker is profitable, if you have the equipment gtx staff upgrades.
I promise you, with those upgrades it is the best passive business in the game. The more people you have helping the more cars you can sell at once, up to. But when it comes to sourcing the vehicles you can only steal one at a time.
They gave a buzzard away for free? They gave away the buzzard and an insurgent during Christmas, and that was very kind of. There are new sales every week, typically posted on Tuesdays. You can always find information about them right here every Tuesday. I have a bunker but no CEO office. What do i need to get started in my bunker?
Only have k atm. I have a CEO Office and a Bunker, in terms of anything that could help me get missions done faster, the fastest car I have is the Elegy. Each and every Full Large Warehouse mission can be solo’ed without much of a problem assuming solo session. How is the grind you have laid out here working for you?
I just picked up the terrorbyte this last weekend, dropped me to tta in the bank. I just got to really play again yesterday and between the terrorbyte bank heist mission, MC meth, cocaine, and forgery businesses, as well as the bunker, I was back to k inside of 3 hours last night.
Nah, it wasn’t 3 hours of hardcore grinding. I ran my guns shipment, the coke, meth, and a few of the Terrorbyte missions. I play pretty relaxed. So do you just rack car heist to car heist with Terrorbyte client missions during forced cooldowns?
I usually grind out with the vehicle warehouse, Usually I’m really hardcore when I’m grinding but sometimes when I’m gtq out I’ll spend a few hours filling up my warehouse, then the next day selling them, taking 20 llke breaks for the cooldown to wear off and to reduce burnout. I just set up my controller to walk in circles inside my warehouse or I sit in a chair and make sure I move around before the 15 minute afk timer is up. I ahat make 80k every 20 minutes.
What I did is I filled up my warehouse with all standard and mid range card and never exported them, so that every car Gfa import from then on is a top range vehicle because I already have all the lower range ones.
That is a great idea, with filling up your warehouse with all the lower range ones. I think I’ll start on that tonight. So are you strictly grinding with the vehicle warehouse and nothing else? Do you bother with the passive businesses at all? As for the terrorbyte, has that been worth it to you as far as grinding goes? I am coming back to the game after quite a while so I’m not sure what kike terrorbyte even is yet actually, I need to look into that.
I do own a bunker, CEO Office and a vehicle warehouse, so if that’s all you are using to make money then Mone guess I’m all set! Ok so for the vehicle warehouse is the easiest most profitable grinding business in the game, and if you hwat pair that with the bunker you have yourself a easy wbat if you nonstop grind for a few hours.
What I do is I have my bunker running and I use my terrorbyte. I do one Vehicle mission then one client job after a couple of hours I check on my bunker if its full I sell.
Rinse and Repeat. Also having any vehicle that has weapons and can fly including Oppressor MKII and Deluxo will make your life way easier. Thank you very much! I think I will go for the car export since it seems also to be done easier solo. Use of this site constitutes acceptance of our User Agreement and Privacy Policy. All rights reserved. Want to join?
